ESA European Scuba Agency and Posidonia Project present the courses ESA Posidonia Explorer and ESA Posidonia Experience.

The project “ESA Posidonia Explorer” was born from an idea of Manuela Verona (ESA Diveleader Instructor and naturalist) as a workshop for children, during Posidonia Festival Carloforte 2011. Based on snorkeling, it has the aim to make children (from 7 years old) discovering Posidonia oceanica, in all its aspects, the single plant, the prairie (a real underwater forest!)  and the beings living among leaves and rhizomes.

On the other side “ESA Posidonia Experience” is for adults and patented divers, it includes a briefing about posidonia and its habitat and a excursion snorkeling or diving and a debriefing with a discussion on underwater observations.
